Mistakes and Mercy

I’m sure that many have experienced a time in their life that they’d rather forget… maybe mostly because of poor decision making skills that were embarrassing, not in good judgement, to fit in the crowd, to not be left out, to escape from reality for a bit. I know I had a time in my life I made many, many mistakes. I know a time in my life where I had two emotions… anger or fake happiness with a fake smile. I am grateful for the opportunity that God gives by offering mercy, so I can experience regeneration. I’m grateful that Jesus gave himself for us, so I can experience rebirth. I am grateful to be filled with Holy Spirit for full renewal. Even though life brings hard decisions, I am grateful that I am strong enough, through this regeneration, rebirth and renewal, to make the choices in which God directs me towards. Will I mess up? I’m sure so… I am human. However, this allows me to do my best with confidence! Have you been bogged down by your decisions? Have you hit depression mode because you feel alone? Has life thrown so much at you that you don’t know which way to turn? Turn heavenward… embrace His mercy. You’re worth it to embrace regeneration, rebirth and renewal. We are His. His mercies are new every morning!
